Outbound Sales Development Representative - Contractor Management - German Speaker

About the Position

We are currently searching for an Outbound Sales Development Representative in our Sales Team. The Outbound Sales Development Representative will play a pivotal role in expanding our contractor management services by identifying, qualifying, and developing leads in the German-speaking market.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and cold-calling to generate qualified leads.
• Setting up meetings with decision-makers.
• Utilizing CRM tools for tracking leads and managing customer data.
• Communicating fluently in German and English.

Requirements

• Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a related field.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both German and English.
• Basic understanding of contractor management services or employment law is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated in a high-paced sales environment.
