About the Position
We are currently searching for an Outbound Sales Development Representative in our Sales Team to expand our contractor management services in the German-speaking market.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and cold-calling potential clients.
- Identifying, qualifying, and developing leads.
- Setting up meetings with decision-makers.
- Generating qualified leads for our sales team.
Requirements
- Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both German and English.
- Basic understanding of contractor management services or employment law is a plus.
Skills
- Proficient in using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated in a high-paced sales environment.
- Experience with sales and CRM platforms for lead management, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
