Join Odoo, a fast-growing company nestled in the beautiful Gold Coast's Varsity Lakes, Australia. We are looking for an Outbound Sales Executive to help shape our lead generation strategy and drive our outreach efforts in the ANZ market.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: Research and identify potential customers through various channels, such as online research, social media, industry events, and utilize prospecting tools and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Lead the entire sales cycle: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to engage with potential customers, qualifying their business needs & processes.
• Develop relationships and build trust with clients.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to build your professional network.
• Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams to drive growth and revenue.

Requirements

• Must have:

  • Permanent working rights in Australia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 2 years of outbound/ prospection experience
  • Strong business knowledge & sales skills
  • Genuine interest in IT & software
  • Analytic vision & fighting spirit
