About the Position

We are currently looking for an Outreach Specialist to join Honeytech, a leading product IT company in the webcomics industry. Honeytech is developing a platform and producing unique content, rapidly growing to become #1 in its niche. Imagine Netflix, but for comics - in just a few years, we’ve gathered over 15 million users, challenged giants from South Korea, and proven that it’s possible to build a world-class product from Ukraine.

Remote Full-time | Outreach

Responsibilities

As an Outreach Specialist, your challenges will include:

Searching and selecting donor websites based on GEOs, metrics, and project criteria.
Working with guest posts, backlinks, and crowd links.
Collaborating closely with SEO Specialists and Content Managers.
Communicating with webmasters and managing guest post placements.
Cooperating with copywriters and preparing detailed briefs for articles.
Participating in brand push campaigns and PR initiatives.

Requirements

We are looking for a specialist who:

Has 3+ years of experience in SEO outreach or linkbuilding.
Has practical experience in negotiations via email/DM and building high-quality backlinks.
Understands key SEO factors such as backlink profiles, E-E-A-T, DR/UR, and anchor lists.
Has experience managing linkbuilding strategies, donor control, and outreach tool expansion.
Is experienced with Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
Has strong skills working with Pitchbox, BuzzStream, Snov.io, or similar tools.
Has Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
Has confident Google Sheets / Excel skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience working with Reddit, Discord, fan communities, or alternative platforms.
Strategic thinking and understanding of marketing beyond search mechanics.
