Responsibilities

• Execution of orders for article placement and link acquisition.
• Setting tasks for the copywriting department for article writing; checking finished materials for compliance with the specifications and placement conditions.
• Verification of the compliance of finished links.
• Payment processing for link placement. Communication with accounting for proper invoice processing and payment requests.
• Maintaining financial reports on completed work.
• Monitoring compliance with allocated budgets and agreed terms of cooperation with webmasters.
• Optionally, searching for and replenishing the database with new platforms for regions UA, USA, UK, and worldwide.
• Analyzing links for compliance with requirements. Choosing alternative platforms that could not fulfill the order.
• Analyzing the results of your work both technically and qualitatively.

Requirements

• Ability to work with large amounts of information.
• Logical thinking: skills in breaking down large tasks into smaller ones and structuring information.
• English language proficiency at the Intermediate/B1 level.
• Basic skills in working with Google Sheets/Excel, email.
• Ability to negotiate and find the most beneficial solutions for both the client and the department.

• Flexible working hours with the possibility to start the workday from 8:00 to 10:00 and finish from 17:00 to 19:00.
• The opportunity to work entirely remotely or in the office (Odessa, Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Cherkasy). Offices are autonomous in case of power outages.
