Outreach Specialist/Link builder

About the Position

We are seeking an Outreach Specialist/Link builder with 1+ year of experience in outreach, SEO, or digital marketing to join our team in Lviv, Ukraine or remotely.

Responsibilities

• Research and compile a database of potential backlink donor websites; identify and collect contact information for webmasters and site owners.
• Analyze competitors’ backlink profiles using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms to identify high-quality link-building opportunities and track link dynamics.
• Plan and execute outreach campaigns: initiate, manage, and maintain professional communication with webmasters, bloggers, and influencers to secure link placements.
• Evaluate and monitor the quality, relevance, and performance of acquired backlinks on an ongoing basis.
• Draft clear and detailed briefs for copywriters; review and edit content to ensure quality and alignment with outreach goals prior to publication.
• Managing the placement of backlinks (paid, free, link insertion, or link exchange) and verifying successful outreach implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outreach, SEO, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience working with English-speaking markets (US/UK/CA).
• Proficiency with tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, Google Sheets/Excel, and outreach platforms like NinjaOutreach (or similar).
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Solid understanding of basic SEO principles and fundamentals of HTML.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with webmasters; persistence and professionalism in follow-ups.
• Experience with diverse link-building strategies beyond guest posting and link insertion is a strong advantage.
