Outreach Specialist/Linkbuilder (Boosters)

About the Position

Boosters is a Ukrainian product company creating value in EdTech, Productivity, and Wellness for 55 million people worldwide. We are currently seeking an Outreach Specialist/Linkbuilder for our flagship product JustDone, an AI-assistant for text work primarily aimed at academic professionals, students, writers, and communication experts. The primary goal of this role is to directly influence the growth of organic traffic for the product through quality link building, enhancing SEO strategy, improving site positions, and ensuring a stable long-term result.

Responsibilities

• Systemically search and select high-quality donors for link placement with a focus on organic traffic growth and SEO effectiveness.
• Analyze competitor backlink profiles and identify relevant opportunities for scaling link building through agencies and resellers.
• Create, verify, and optimize content for link placement using AI, focusing on quality, relevance, and project requirements.
• Monitor the correctness and quality of placements: anchors, URLs, link types (dofollow/nofollow), and compliance with agreements.
• Monitor and maintain a healthy backlink profile of the site, including control of redirects, page errors, and recovery of lost links.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Linkbuilder.
• English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level for communication with webmasters and agencies.
• Ability to select high-quality donors by analyzing topics, content types, and sites for placement that genuinely yield results.
• Experience in analyzing competitor backlink profiles and identifying opportunities for link building scale.
• Knowledge of various link building strategies and a creative approach to obtaining links.
• Ability to create clear specifications for texts under guest posts and other placements and verify their quality and relevance.
• Confident use of tools: Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Spreadsheets, Excel (or similar).

Interview Process
