OutSystems Developer

About the Position

Join Incentro as an OutSystems Developer and contribute to building scalable, mission-critical applications for leading organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop smart, scalable OutSystems solutions for large organizations
• Collaborate with UX designers, analysts, and other tech specialists
• Advise on technical choices and system architecture
• Translate client needs into working applications
• Mentor and guide junior colleagues in their growth

Requirements

• Experience with OutSystems (minimum 3 years) and relevant certification
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and CI/CD is a plus
• HBO or WO education level
• Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness
• Passion for technology and a clear technical vision
• Independent work attitude and team spirit
• Fluency in both Dutch and English

Nice to Have

• Experience with complex integrations
• Knowledge of hybrid cloud environments

• Salary between €4,000 and €6,000 per month + 8% holiday allowance
