About the Position

We are looking for a Paid Ads Manager (Google Ads, Meta) to join our team. If you are passionate about launching and managing ads on Google and Meta, love analyzing results, quickly adapt to changes, and can think strategically to help the brand grow, we want you on board!

Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market and competitor analysis, identify effective strategies to improve engagement metrics.
  • Campaign Management: Full cycle management of ad campaigns in Google Ads and Meta, from planning to monitoring results.
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Set up personalized ads for different segments.
  • Creative Approach: Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create and test ads.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Work with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager; compile reports on ad campaign results and data analytics to form future strategies.
  • A/B Testing: Ability to conduct tests to select the most effective ads, targeting, and creatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads tools.
  • Experience with analytics tools, including Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Analytics.
  • Ability to work with metrics, identify insights, and optimize campaigns to improve effectiveness.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation, skills in building sales funnels.
  • Experience with A/B testing and analysis of test results.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with other platforms (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Understanding of SEO basics and organic traffic for a comprehensive marketing approach.
  • Experience in the field of online education or technology.
  • Knowledge of campaign automation and optimization basics to achieve KPIs.
