About the Role

As the P&BP CoE GEL Support Manager, you will report to the Commercial Finance Global Excellence Lead & Manufacturing Global Excellence Lead and be responsible for the delivery and execution backbone supporting the two Global Excellence Leads - analysis, project management, documentation, and rollout coordination for standardization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Project-manage standardization rollouts: timelines, market readiness tracking, RAID logs, stakeholder communication
• Build and maintain analytical support - benchmarking packs, business cases, deep-dive analyses for the GELs
• Own documentation of process standards, playbooks, and training materials as they're developed
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs (IT, Data, regional finance) required to land each initiative
• Track benefits realization post-rollout and feed results back into governance reporting
• Act as first point of contact for market-level queries during migration waves, escalating only exceptions

Requirements

• 10+ years FP&A/CoE experience, ideally with exposure to both manufacturing and commercial finance data.
• Strong project management skills (PMP/Prince2/Agile a plus, not mandatory).
• Excellent Excel/PowerPoint and data-analysis skills; Power BI/Tableau exposure increasingly expected.
• High attention to detail and comfort working across two demanding stakeholders simultaneously.
