About the Position
Welcome to the legal company DS SOLUTIONS!
We specialize in providing legal support for online businesses in foreign jurisdictions, such as the USA, Canada, Asia, and European countries. We assist clients at all stages of doing business: from company registration and jurisdiction selection to tax planning, legal support for investments, and protection of intellectual property rights.
With 4 years of experience in international IT law, we are ready for new achievements!
We are currently in a phase of significant expansion! That's why we invite you to join our team as a Paralegal (Legal Assistant).
Tasks you will be working on:
- Preparation and review of IT contracts
- Work with GDPR and other privacy laws
- Participation in licensing processes in fintech, crypto, and iGaming, corporate law
- Preparation of legal opinions on various topics, adapted to the needs of our clients
- Analysis of Ukrainian and foreign legislation
- Participation in company registration abroad, opening corporate accounts, and merchants.
What we expect from you:
- 3+ year of bachelor's degree
- English at B2 level
- Willingness to develop in jurisprudence
- Responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team
Will be a plus
- Participation in moot court
- Experience (internship) in international law
- Completion of relevant courses/webinars/training abroad/participation in English-language programs.
