About the Position
Help Customers from Anywhere in the World
We are seeking a Part-Time & Full-Time Customer Service Agent for a Health & Wellness E-Commerce Company. This role is remote, and you will be supporting a fast-moving e-commerce brand, working across tools like Gorgias and Shopify to keep customers happy and operations smooth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via Email and Live Chat channels within established response and resolution targets.
- Maintain absolute "Tagging Discipline" from Day 1 on every ticket in Gorgias to prevent spam issues and keep data clean.
- Provide clear, concise messaging to minimize the number of interactions required per ticket.
- Seamlessly navigate Gorgias, Shopify, and our proprietary ERP system (BOSS) to check customer order history, tracking information, and account details.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in E-commerce Customer Service.
- Prior experience handling subscription-based products is highly preferred.
- Exceptional written communication skills with strong grammar and structural execution.
- Ability to learn quickly and toggle between multiple brands and product lines fluidly.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on proficiency with Gorgias and Shopify platform ecosystems.
- Proven ability to adapt tone matching specific brand guidelines.

- Competitive salary starting at $750 USD/month | $4 USD/hr.
- Opportunity to work full-time or part-time.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm UK Time.
