About the Position

Help Customers from Anywhere in the World

We are looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Agent for a New York-based cosmetics company to join our remote LTVplus squad. If you have a passion for makeup and customer service, this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities

  • Email, Chat, Back-office Tasks: Managing inbound inquiries and orders (Emails and tickets)
  • B2B and B2C: Assisting with product recommendations (e.g., color matching)
  • Customer Support: Answer inquiries about the product and ensure to save the sale
  • Record Keeping: Records any product concerns diligently
  • Additional Tasks: Data entry into QuickBooks

Requirements

  • Experience: Shopify, Gorgias, and Customer Service experience
  • Skills: Must have love and enthusiasm for makeup
  • Attributes: Patient and empathetic, with the ability to handle inquiries and concerns with care and understanding

Nice to Have

  • Previous Experience: A previous experience in makeup is ideal

Working Conditions

  • Support Hours: Mon-Fri 12 pm - 3 pm ET
