We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Agent for a New York-based cosmetics company to join our remote LTVplus squad. If you have a passion for makeup and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media
  • Provide personalized and top-notch support
  • Collaborate with the team to boost customer satisfaction
  • Use various tools and platforms to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Adapt to different client needs

Requirements

  • Shopify, Gorgias, and Customer Service experience
  • Must have love and enthusiasm for makeup
  • Patient and empathetic, with the ability to handle inquiries and concerns with care and understanding
  • Email Support, Chat Support, Product Knowledge, and Data Entry skills

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in makeup
  • Experience with customer support software (e.g., Gorgias, Zendesk, Intercom)

Working Conditions

  • Support Hours: Mon-Fri 12 pm - 3 pm ET
