About the Position

We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Agent for a New York-based cosmetics company to join our remote LTVplus squad. If you have a passion for makeup and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media
- Provide personalized and top-notch support
- Collaborate with the team to boost customer satisfaction
- Use various tools and platforms to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Adapt to different client needs
Requirements
- Shopify, Gorgias, and Customer Service experience
- Must have love and enthusiasm for makeup
- Patient and empathetic, with the ability to handle inquiries and concerns with care and understanding
- Email Support, Chat Support, Product Knowledge, and Data Entry skills
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in makeup
- Experience with customer support software (e.g., Gorgias, Zendesk, Intercom)
Working Conditions
- Support Hours: Mon-Fri 12 pm - 3 pm ET
