Part-Time Customer Service Agent - Leicester

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for our customers, friendly, professional, and passionate about sales and service
• You impress with tailored offers and make every customer interaction a special experience
• You handle rental agreements and customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented, and always with a smile
• You'll confirm any damage with customers, ensuring they sign the necessary documents and notify the Branch Manager
• You'll assist in refueling vehicles, supporting efficient branch operations while representing the premium SIXT brand
• You'll support in preparing, cleaning, and valeting vehicles to maintain the highest standards for our customers

Requirements

• Sales Mindset: You love sales and are passionate about service and customer support
• Customer Focus: You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in service, tourism, or sales
• Communication: You are communicative and articulate in English
• Flexibility: You are flexible, team-oriented, and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays
• Driving Experience: You hold a valid driver's license with at least 12 months of driving experience
