About the Position

Help Customers from Anywhere in the World

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Associate to join our knitwear clothing company. The ideal candidate will assist customers with inquiries, orders, product information, and issue resolution while delivering an excellent customer experience that reflects our brand values and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email regarding:
    • Washing and care instructions for knitwear products
    • Sizing and fit information
    • Order modifications (size changes, shipping address updates, etc.)
    • Pre-order and collection availability
    • General FAQs (many of which are managed through response templates)
  • Ensure SKU alignment between Shopify and the 3PL fulfillment system before each collection drop.
  • Handling of back-office tasks related to customer orders and inquiries

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service training is an asset.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or fashion/apparel industry preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software/CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism.
  • Interest in fashion and knitwear products is an advantage.
