This is a special place with a unique combination of brilliance, spirit, and just all-around great people. Here, if you’re willing to do more, your career can take off. And since software plays a central role in everyone’s lives, you’ll be part of an important mission. Thousands of customers, including the majority of the Fortune 100, trust JFrog to manage, accelerate, and secure their software delivery from code to production -- a concept we call “liquid software.” Wouldn't it be amazing if you could join us in our journey?
We are looking for an innovative, highly technical, and partner-centric Partner Account Manager, AMER to join our Global Partner Sales team.
In this role, you will recruit, activate, and scale strategic SI, MSP, and VAR partner relationships to drive technical alignment and co-sell motions across the Americas region. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will integrate JFrog’s DevSecOps IP into partner ecosystems and enable scalable software delivery practices for enterprise customers. Your leadership will directly extend our market reach across the US, Canada, and LATAM, ensuring modern enterprises experience continuous, secure, liquid software.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting, qualifying, and engaging strategic SI, MSP, VAR, and reseller partners to expand JFrog’s market reach across the Americas ecosystem.
- Activating new and existing partners by building practice competency, driving technical onboarding, and accelerating initial proof-of-concept deployments.
- Scaling partner-influenced pipeline by aligning partner service offerings with JFrog IP and hyperscaler co-sell motions across AWS, Azure, and GCP ecosystems.
- Executing ongoing technical enablement and product roadmap alignment workshops to maintain partner technical credibility and high NPS.
- Collaborating closely with regional sales teams, product marketing, and partner technical leads to design and write the Americas partner playbook.
- Driving partner satisfaction and long-term engagement across key regional hubs, spanning the US, Canada, and LATAM markets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Pre-Sales within enterprise software, DevOps, or SaaS environments.
- Proven track record navigating and building technical relationships within the Americas partner ecosystem (SIs, VARs, MSPs, and hyperscalers).
- Native or near-native English fluency, with professional proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly recommended to cover LATAM.
- Hands-on technical background in Linux, public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD ecosystems.
- Strong capability to deliver technical enablement workshops while engaging partner executives on strategic business and service delivery models.
- Willingness to maintain a hybrid office presence (2-3 days/week) in Kirkland, WA, or maintain regional coverage across target partner markets.
We Offer
- Base salary range between $135,000 to $150,000 (based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location).
- Discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
- Equity package of restricted stock units (RSU) and participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
- Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, and more.
- Hybrid work: 3 days in office / 2 days remote.
