About the Position

We are seeking a Partner Biznesowy Dyrektora Grupy for our development program, offering a full-time position with international exposure and growth opportunities.

We are a leading manufacturer of wood-based panels with a 125-year history of success, operating over 40 facilities worldwide. We focus on continuous development and are currently implementing new projects in production, logistics, and sales. Our goal is to expand both the domestic and export markets by offering the latest achievements in our product portfolio. Currently, we are seeking engaged professionals with passion for the position:

Responsibilities

• Providing ongoing support to the Group Director in organizing work and implementing key tasks, projects, and initiatives.
• Independently leading assigned operational, optimization, and strategic projects, from defining the problem and action plan to implementation and achieving results.
• Preparing in-depth business, financial, market, and operational analyses, as well as recommendations and business cases for management decisions.
• Collecting data from various areas of the Group, monitoring the achievement of goals (KPI/OKR), and preparing management reports.
• Identifying bottlenecks in processes and recommending improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Coordinating initiatives across different departments, facilities, and subsidiaries of the Group.
• Developing status reports and presentations for the board, steering committees, and meetings with key stakeholders.
• Accompanying the Group Director in strategic meetings, negotiations, and operational reviews, summarizing agreements, and enforcing the implementation of decisions.

Requirements

• Higher education (preferred: Management, Economics, Finance, or technical/engineering fields with a business focus).
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience with responsibility for the entire functioning of an organization or facility (e.g., as a plant director, managing director, or a related role with responsibility for operational results and team).
• Experience in working in distributed, multi-site, or international environments is a strong asset.
• Project management experience.
• Excellent analytical skills – proficiency in working with data, drawing concise business conclusions, and building decision-making scenarios.
• Fluent knowledge of English (min. C1) – a necessary condition for conducting business presentations and group-level cooperation.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (particularly advanced Excel for data modeling and analysis, and PowerPoint for creating clear management presentations).
• High managerial potential and ambition – natural motivation to take on an independent director role in the future.
• Diligence and strong sense of responsibility – results-oriented, determined in closing issues, and proactive in taking initiatives.
• Strategic and synthetic thinking – ability to combine detailed operational data with the overall business conducted.
• Stress resistance and flexibility – comfort working in a dynamic environment, with changing priorities and high decision-making exposure.
