About the Job
As a Partner Manager, you will be managing a portfolio of Odoo Partners. Your main role will be to make your Partners grow and expand their Odoo customer base.
Our partners are ERP integrators and IT companies that include Odoo in their solutions portfolio. As the partner’s main point of contact, you'll coach them on best practices regarding their business strategy, implementation methodology, and drive their growth throughout the partnership journey.
On top of that, you’ll also be in contact with a large diversity of prospects, from SMEs to large enterprises. You’ll qualify their needs, deliver customized product demos, and act as a matchmaker by pairing them with the most suitable partner.
Responsibilities
- Act as business coach. You'll have an impact across all areas on your partner's business.
- Onboard new Odoo Partners, and create action plans to make existing partners grow.
- Establish long term win-win relationships with your partner portfolio.
- Work on inbound leads, and manage the full sales cycle: qualify customer needs, convince them with tailored demos, negotiate pricing.
- Connect customers with the right Odoo Partner and close the deal.
Requirements
Must Have
- Business Master Degree or first relevant professional experience
- English
- Entrepreneurial mindset. “It is not my job” is not part of your vocabulary.
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about sales, you like to convince, negotiate and achieve targets. You don’t take no for an answer.
- You enjoy taking initiatives to help the team, your partners and customers, you thrive in an autonomous environment.
- Work permit for Belgium
Nice to Have
- Fluent in a second European language
- 2+ years of experience in sales or technology

Full-time CDI
A 38 hours/week contract including 2 days of home-working per week and flexible hours.

About the Company
We work with our customers in two ways:
Direct Service
- For small companies that will be working with our Business Advisor team, using a Success Pack for standard implementations.
- For large customers that will be in touch with our Mid-Market & Corporate team.
- Odoo manages the commercial relationship and is responsible for the implementation.
Indirect Service
- For companies of all sizes.
- Odoo manages the commercial relationship with the customers, and the Partner is responsible for the implementation.
- Partners offer local project management, as well as custom development when needed.
