About the Position

Partner Operation Analyst

An international fast-growing technology company is seeking a dedicated Partner Operation Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and pain points within partner operations, focusing on metrics like preparation time, acceptance time, waiting time, and customer ratings.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and pain points within partner operations.
Generate actionable insights from complex datasets to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements for partners.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics related to partners' operational performance.
Identify and communicate important insights to relevant stakeholders, influencing changes that enhance partner efficiency and satisfaction.
Utilize data to support the establishment of excellent relationships with company partners, demonstrating data-backed value and building engagement.
Work alongside and communicate effectively with all other teams involved in partner success to ensure a data-driven approach.

Requirements

Passion for diving deep into data, identifying root causes, and extracting meaningful insights.
Comfort working with KPIs and OKRs, with a proven track record of using data to drive decisions.
Expert-level skills in Google Spreadsheets/Excel.
Hands-on experience with SQL and the ability to apply it in practical scenarios.
Experience with Looker or similar platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
Ability to clearly articulate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Independent and initiative-taking attitude in identifying and pursuing analytical opportunities.
Empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude that drives continuous learning and improvement.
Professional English proficiency.
