About the Position
RozetkaPay is a payment service that ensures a convenient and simple process for online and offline purchases. RozetkaPay provides transactions for over 30 thousand Ukrainian entrepreneurs.
About the Role and Team
We are looking for a Partner Relationship Specialist to help our partners quickly and smoothly update their data in accordance with legal requirements. This role is for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with documents, can maintain clear business communication, and understands that their speed affects the quality of service for thousands of entrepreneurs.
You will join a team of 18 people who work with partners and are responsible for various areas of interaction with them. One of these focuses on maintaining successful contractual relationships with RozetkaPay partners, specifically updating their data. Currently, one specialist and a team leader are handling these tasks. The team works cohesively and supports each other. For us, healthy communication, organization, and responsibility are important.
Responsibilities
- Conducting partner data updates in accordance with internal policies and legal requirements in the field of financial monitoring
- Creating and timely sending requests to partners to obtain documents necessary for updating information
- Communicating with partners (e-mail and incoming/outgoing calls) to obtain and update information
- Processing documents received from partners and entering information into internal systems
- Supporting the process of approving and signing additional agreements (questionnaires) with partners
- Working with CRM and other corporate services
Requirements
- Experience in a bank/financial institution related to individual entrepreneurs and legal entities and understanding the process of their updating
- Good communication skills, ability to provide correct and informative answers
- Experience in business correspondence, chat communication, and telephone negotiations
- Ability to work with CRM systems and manage tasks from creation to completion
- High attention to detail and responsibility when working with documents/data

RozetkaPay is a payment service of the Rozetka-EVO group of companies, used by over 35 thousand Ukrainian entrepreneurs.
The platform processes over 350 thousand payment transactions per day. Our services are already used by Rozetka, Prom, Vchasno, Bigl, Shafa, Volonter by Prom, Vodafone, Robota.ua, Tickets, and other companies.

Work Conditions
- Social package - official employment, 24 days of paid vacation per year, and unlimited sick leave
- Remote format, with the option to work in the office in Podil
- Work schedule: Monday–Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 or 8:00 to 17:00
