Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for onboarding new sales partners and their sales representatives, guiding them from the first contact to successful contract completion.
- You will provide comprehensive support to existing sales partners, offering both technical and sales expertise to ensure their continuous success.
- You will conduct regular training sessions for new and existing sales partners and their sales representatives, ensuring continuous improvement in their expertise and sales skills.
- You will independently plan, organize, and execute sales events in the PV and renewable energy sectors to support sales partners in expanding their portfolios.
- You will accompany sales partners to customer meetings as needed, actively promoting the sales process and strengthening direct communication.
- You will actively support the execution of contract closures, directly contributing to the joint business success.
- You will maintain professional relationships with local leaders of sales partners, representing our company confidently and convincingly in all interactions.
Requirements
- Several years of sales experience. Openness to learning new topics such as PV sales is also important. Experience in large financial sales is a plus.
- Strong intrinsic motivation and high resilience, successfully managing challenging situations with a goal-oriented approach.
- A passionate coach who enjoys developing people and helping them improve continuously.
- Strong drive for success, attention to detail, and a consistent focus on results.
- Comfortable with extensive travel and direct interaction with sales partners and customers on-site.
- Fluent in German, both spoken and written. Additional language skills such as Turkish, Russian, Polish, or Romanian are advantageous.
