Service Quality & Performance

  • Monitor partner performance, quality KPIs, and adherence to agreed SLAs.
  • Proactively identify operational risks, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Dig into the root cause of issues and work with internal teams to fix them for good.
  • Provide performance insights and recommendations to support partner and commercial decisions.

Processes & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, partner documentation, and launch information.
  • Spot inefficiencies and help us build better, more scalable processes and automation.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment; travel, mobility, GDS, or SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Strong project-management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple partners, projects, and internal stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Comfortable taking independent ownership while collaborating closely on complex or strategically important partnerships.
  • Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with operational KPIs and performance data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Highly structured, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving mentality and ability to remain effective in fast-moving operational situations.
