About the Position

We are seeking a Partner/Partnerka ds. Szkoleń to coordinate and organize training programs for our sales team in Radom, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Doświadczenie w koordynacji pracy własnej oraz szkoleń terenowych
• Organizacja oraz administrowanie procesu szkoleń
• min. rok udokumentowanego doświadczenia trenerskiego w obszarze kompetencji w sprzedaży (umiejętności sprzedażowe, obsługa klienta, komunikacja, motywacja)
• Umiejętność pracy zarówno z grupą szkoleniową, jak i pracy indywidualnej trenerskiej
• Doświadczenie w pracy trenera w sieciach handlowych będzie dodatkowym atutem
• Empatia i wysoko rozwinięte zdolności interpersonalne
• Samodzielność i kreatywność w szukaniu nowych rozwiązań
• Zaawansowana znajomość programu Excel oraz Power Point
• Umiejętność realizacji projektów, wielozadaniowość

Requirements

• Realizacja polityki szkoleniowej w zakresie przygotowania i prowadzenia szkoleń onboardingowych kadry współpracowników sieci Żabka
• Monitoring szkoleń terenowych
• Realizacja szkoleń oparta na zarządzaniu zmianą
• Przygotowanie skryptów i programów szkoleniowych na bieżące potrzeby
• Raportowanie z działań jakościowych
• Zarządzanie szkoleniami w Regionie
