Partnership Manager

About the Position

We are UniTalk - an international product IT company providing high-quality and diverse services in the field of telecommunications: from IP telephony and call tracking to voice bots and language analytics using AI.

Regarding the opening of our office in Romania, we are looking for a Partnership Manager who will establish excellent and mutually beneficial cooperation with other businesses and work on expanding our partner network😎

We will teach you, support you, and provide all necessary tools so that you can feel confident and ready to reach new heights;)

Responsibilities

• Seek and attract new partners.
• Organize and conduct joint activities (events, marketing, article exchanges).
• Negotiate and make deals.
• Maintain communication with existing partners.
• Analyze the effectiveness of partnership programs.
• Prepare reports on the work done.

Requirements

• Have 1+ year of experience with partners in the digital field.
• Have an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
• Are fluent in Romanian.
• Are proficient with Google Docs/Microsoft and CRM systems.
• Understand the principles and methods of working with partners.
• Have experience in negotiating and making deals.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian.
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems.
