Responsibilities

• Lead and manage partnerships and affiliate activities in Denmark.
• Review, optimize, and reactivate existing partnerships and affiliate channels.
• Identify and build new strategic partnerships and affiliate opportunities.
• Collaborate with Danish and European teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
• Manage the full partner ecosystem from analysis and reactivation to onboarding, activation, optimization, and scaling.
• Ensure accurate tracking, fraud prevention, brand safety, and compliance.

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Danish.
• 5+ years of experience in building win-win partnerships that drive measurable value.
• Proven track record in partnerships, affiliate marketing, business development, or growth roles.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on growth, revenue, and ROI.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partners and projects effectively.
