We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Partnerships Manager DACH to lead our regional partner ecosystem in EMEA, with a strong focus on Global System Integrators (GSIs), OEMs, Acquirers, Payment Processors, Hyperscalers, and potential Complementary Solution Partners. This role will drive partner strategy, revenue growth, and joint go-to-market execution across EMEA.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Partner Development

• Execute a comprehensive partner strategy for EMEA aligned with global objectives.
• Own sell-to, sell-with, and sell-through motions across GSIs, OEMs, Acquirers, Payment Processors, Hyperscalers, and ISVs.
• Build and nurture executive-level relationships with strategic partners.
• Lead partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement programs tailored to regional needs.

Revenue & Growth Execution

• Drive partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue growth across key verticals.
• Develop joint action plans with partners focused on pipeline generation and deal acceleration.
• Expand existing alliances and activate new relationships to expand Feedzai’s footprint in EMEA.

Operational Excellence

• Manage partner governance, reporting, and performance metrics using BI tools and PRM systems.
• Analyze partner KPIs including activation, contribution to pipeline, and partner NPS.
• Support marketing initiatives including joint campaigns, webinars, and Feedzai’s executive summit.

Requirements

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related role within the software industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful global partner strategies.
• Experience working with diverse partner types, including System Integrators, Referral, OEMs, Resellers, and Technology.
• Agile leader who is able to navigate in an entrepreneurial environment, and scale up fintech organisations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Familiarity with AI, big data, and machine learning technologies.
• Knowledge of the banking and financial institutions industry
• Willingness to travel globally as needed.
• Fluent in English
• Germany language skills required

Is Feedzai a remote-friendly company?

Yes! At Feedzai, we offer a Flex/Remote work policy. If you are near an office location, we have three options for you to choose the work style that best suits your needs:

Primarily Office Based: You are in the office regularly 4 – 5 days per week.

Flexible: You are in the office 2-3 days per week.

Primarily Remote: You are in the office 1-2 days per month, as business requires.

We also have full remote options for employees who are not near one of our global offices.

Congratulations, you have just become a Feedzaian! After signing the Offer Letter, you will receive an email/call from the Talent Acquisition Team guiding you through the process and transition to the HR Team.
