About the Position
PASANTE DE ADQUISICIÓN DE TALENTOS
Join DP World as a Talent Acquisition Intern in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Gain experience in human resources and organizational psychology.
Responsibilities
- Support the talent acquisition team in various HR-related tasks.
- Assist in the recruitment process, from screening resumes to scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and organize candidate files and databases.
Requirements
- Estudiantes universitarios de los últimos semestres (o recién graduados) en Psicología Organizacional, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial, Recursos Humanos o carreras afines.
- Manejo de paquete Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) a nivel intermedio.
- Alta capacidad de organización y atención al detalle (fundamental para el manejo de expedientes).
