Responsibilities

• Coordination and administrative support for national and international patent applications and granted rights
• Management of electronic patent files, documents, forms, and deadlines in digital systems
• Careful monitoring of deadlines and independent handling of all intellectual property procedures
• Correspondence in German and English with inventors, internal departments, external patent attorneys, and patent offices worldwide
• Organizational support for the patent department, including filing, scheduling, travel arrangements, and internal processes

Requirements

• Completed commercial education or equivalent, such as HAK, HLW, HASCH, or Matura
• Interest in legal and technical topics and willingness to learn about patent administration
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital workflows
• Experience in the legal field or patent administration is welcome but not required
