About the Position
Smart Hub, an international company specializing in optimizing payment infrastructure and consulting in the field of payment solutions and compliance, is looking for a Payment Analytics Team Lead. The company helps online businesses improve the efficiency of payment processes, reduce revenue losses, minimize costs, and enhance payment conversion indicators.
The company's work is based on an analytical approach, a deep understanding of the payment ecosystem, and the use of modern technologies to achieve measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Managing the payment analytics team and developing the analytical function;
- Analyzing the effectiveness of payment infrastructure and key payment KPIs;
- Monitoring approve/decline rate, refund, chargeback, and fraud indicators;
- Finding growth points for revenue through the optimization of payment processes;
- Building predictive models and factor analysis of the impact on financial indicators;
- Collaborating with billing, product, risk/compliance, and finance teams;
- Automating analytical reporting and developing BI systems;
- Visualizing data and presenting results to management;
- Participating in the development of a data-driven approach and analytical culture in the company.
Requirements
- Experience managing a team of analysts or a desire to grow into a TL;
- Deep understanding of payment analytics and financial metrics;
- Experience analyzing payment processes, conversions, approve rate, decline rate, chargeback/refund indicators;
- Understanding of payment providers, acquiring, routing, and antifraud processes; conducting statistical analysis and analytical research;
- Experience building predictive and factor models;
- High proficiency in Excel, Tableau / Power BI;
- Experience with SQL;
- English proficiency at B1 level and above;
- Experience working with large datasets;
- Experience with ML / predictive analytics is a plus;
- Ability to present analysis results and form business recommendations.
