Payment Product Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Payment Product Manager with experience in e-commerce/fintech to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine. Responsibilities include analyzing payment systems, integrating new solutions, and optimizing processes.

Responsibilities

Research and analyze regions/locations regarding existing specifics for working in the required vertical, determining the popularity of payment methods and issuing conclusions.
Conduct a comprehensive review of the work of the cash register and methods in the company's projects (Formulation and assignment of tasks to related departments).
Conduct a detailed comparison and analysis of the user payment flow of payment solutions from various providers, determining the optimal one.
Conduct spot investigations, with hypothesis verification, analytics, and local testing.
Maintain an up-to-date database based on materials obtained during research/investigations/reviews.
Participate in the integration process of new payment solutions: analyze tasks coming for integration to determine business value, risks, and the necessity of integration.
Design a variant for adding to production, testing on production by local testers.
Test existing and new payment systems with the involvement of remote testers to conduct tests in various GEOs.
Search for local testers in various GEOs on special resources.
Conduct a detailed comparison and analysis of the user payment flow of payment solutions from various providers, issuing conclusions.
Maintain reporting on resources spent on local testing.
Optimize current processes.

Requirements

Experience in e-commerce/fintech sectors for at least 1 year.
Understanding of the mechanisms of payment systems and online payments.
Experience with electronic payment systems.
English language proficiency at the Intermediate level or higher.
Analytical mindset, attention to detail.
Willingness to learn new things and ask questions.

Nice to Have

Experience in the iGaming industry.
Ability to work with the task tracker Jira.
