About the Position

Payment Specialist (Crypto)

Our Client, a global exchange provider based in Cyprus, is seeking to hire a Payment Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in a relevant role with Crypto. This role will start remotely and transition to an in-office mode.

Responsibilities

• Performing settlements and payments to/from various Payment Service Providers (including Crypto)
• Communication with PSP on reconciliation, settlements
• Reconciling information from the internal system against statements from PSP and banks, checking accuracy of fees deduction, rolling reserves, balances
• Resolving any discrepancies identified in an efficient and effective manner
• Effectively communicating between payment providers, banks, and internal teams
• Analyzing data issues to determine source causes and contributing to continuous process improvements
• Reporting

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Finance, Settlements Reconciliation, or Back-office position
• Experience with Crypto is a must
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
• Fluency in English is a must, and Russian is a plus
• Experience in analyzing transactions and balances
• Strong Excel knowledge
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and critical thinking
