About the Position
Payments and Fraud Analyst

We are currently seeking a Payments and Fraud Analyst to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus.
Responsibilities
- Monitor our automated fraud system and review suspicious users
- Handle chargebacks, review, and representation
- Provide customer support for payments and fraud-related issues
- Assist the Finance and Risk Department
- Work rotating 24/7 shifts
Requirements
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Online Customer Support, Banking, Financial Services, or Online Payments
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fraud-related role or similar position
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
Desirable Skills
- Interest in online businesses and expanding knowledge in online payments and fraud
- Motivated to learn, explore new things, and grow within the company
- Critical Thinker with fast decision-making ability
- Excellent attention to detail
