About the Position

Payments and Fraud Analyst

We are currently seeking a Payments and Fraud Analyst to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus.

Responsibilities

Monitor our automated fraud system and review suspicious users
Handle chargebacks, review, and representation
Provide customer support for payments and fraud-related issues
Assist the Finance and Risk Department
Work rotating 24/7 shifts

Requirements

Required Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in Online Customer Support, Banking, Financial Services, or Online Payments
Minimum 2 years of experience in a fraud-related role or similar position
Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous

Desirable Skills

Interest in online businesses and expanding knowledge in online payments and fraud
Motivated to learn, explore new things, and grow within the company
Critical Thinker with fast decision-making ability
Excellent attention to detail
