About the Position
We are seeking a Payroll & Compensation Manager to join our dynamic aviation company with international reach. This role offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant company, participate in the development of crew and office team compensation processes, and influence the automation of payroll processes. You will be part of a professional Total Rewards team and receive support during the onboarding phase.
