Payroll & HR Administration Consultant | Brussels

About the Position

Securex Consulting is urgently looking for an experienced Payroll & HR Administration Consultant for one of our clients in Brussels.

Due to an increased workload and tight timelines, we are looking for a professional who can start as soon as possible and quickly become operational within the team.

📍 Location: Brussels

🏢 On-site presence required during the first 3 months (hybrid working possible afterwards)

📅 Start Date: ASAP

⏳ Duration: Until the end of 2026, with an extension anticipated throughout 2027

📌 Full-time assignment (5 days/week)

Responsibilities

• Approximately 1/3 Payroll
• Approximately 2/3 HR Administration (contracts, addenda, employee files, HR-related queries, etc.)
• Supporting daily HR operations and administrative processes
• Working with HR data and reporting

Requirements

• Roles: Payroll Expert Mid Level
• Languages:
  • Dutch: Native or bilingual proficiency
  • French: Native or bilingual proficiency
• Skills:
  • HR Accent: Expert
  • Excel: Strong skills
  • HR reporting: Experience considered a strong asset
• Experience:
  • Proven experience in Payroll and HR Administration
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
