About the Position

Payroll Assistant

We are looking for a Payroll Assistant with 1 year of experience to join our team in Hungary/Budapest. Responsibilities include payroll calculation assistance and data processing.

Responsibilities

Assistance to the accountant with payroll calculation.
Resolution of organizational issues with representatives of other departments (collection and consolidation of budgets, planning of payments, timely submission of expense reports, etc.).
Processing large volumes of data in spreadsheets.
Planning and control of monthly/quarterly/annual payment schedules and budgets.

Requirements

Higher education in accounting, economics, or finance in Ukraine or Hungary.
Experience in a similar position, preferably in Hungary.
Understanding of Hungarian accounting and tax legislation.
Ability to work in Google Sheets and Excel.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel.
Proficiency in Google Sheets.

Language Proficiency

Hungarian: pre-intermediate
Russian/Ukrainian: pre-intermediate
English: pre-intermediate

Salary

$1700 - $2000
