Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy – Process payments, timesheets, and deductions with precision.
• Solve payroll challenges – Identify and resolve discrepancies before they become issues.
• Support financial compliance – Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance.
• Assist with payroll inquiries – Provide clarity and support to clients and internal teams.
• Stay ahead of changes – Keep up with payroll regulations and best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in payroll or accounting.
• Fluent English (B2+) – You’ll be working with U.S. clients.
• Strong attention to detail – Accuracy is your priority.
• Tech-savvy mindset – Experience with payroll software and Excel.
• Confidentiality & professionalism – You handle sensitive data with integrity.
• Problem-solving skills – You don’t just spot issues, you fix them.
• Availability to provide services U.S. business hours – This role requires alignment with U.S. time zones.
