Payroll Specialist

About the Position

ARRISE is seeking a Payroll Specialist with advanced proficiency in the LG Lugar de Gente system suite to ensure legal compliance and accuracy in payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• General Processing: Execute and review monthly payroll and advance payments within the LG system.
• Charges and Taxes: Calculate and issue payment forms for INSS, FGTS (including FGTS Digital), and IRRF.
• Ancillary Obligations: Transmit and audit eSocial events, DCTFWeb, and other annual or monthly routines.
• Terminations and Vacations: Perform complex calculations for employment terminations, settlements, and tracking of vacation vesting periods.
• System Management: Parameterize earnings/deductions, create calculation rules, and update legal tables directly in the LG system.
• Employee Support: Clarify complex inquiries regarding pay slips, deductions, averages, and labor legislation.
• General Support: Perform other payroll-related activities and support internal and external audits through management reports and accounting provisions.

Requirements

• Proven and advanced practical experience with the LG Lugar de Gente platform.
• Solid experience in medium-to-large volume personnel administration routines.
• Deep knowledge of Brazilian Labor Legislation (CLT) and eSocial regulations.
• Attention to Detail: Extreme focus on the accuracy of financial and legal data.
• Logical Reasoning: Ability to easily interpret formulas and resolve system inconsistencies.
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple critical and simultaneous deadlines.
• Discretion and Ethics: Strictly confidential handling of salary and benefits data.
