About the Position
Paysystem Expert
At ING, we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Paysystem Expert to join our Paysystem Expert Unit Team of Core Banking & Clients Tribe.
The responsibility of this team is to develop and control the clearing and Treasury processes, focused on the E2E Customer Journey, from ensuring the proper functioning of the process to continuing to improve the customer experience with the purpose of handling day-to-day operations, processes, and delivery for our retail customers in a simple and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
As a Paysystem Expert, you will:
- Act as first-line supervisor of a team providing customer service support and play a key role in helping to achieve targets in areas such as productivity or turnaround times.
- Identify the products or services that best meet the customer's stated needs, using personal expertise to propose quantities and product configurations.
- Create and maintain reports aligned with business and operational needs. Data is our facilitator for decision-making.
- Investigate standard incidents using current regulatory and compliance processes, systems, and procedures, and take action to solve immediate compliance issues.
- Analyze data to extract operational information for decision-making, create reports for Operations areas (MicroStrategy, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
- Challenge and analyze current processes, both operational and customer-focused.
- Monitor end-to-end processes, ensuring their operation, detecting technical issues, and searching for solutions based on data.
- Measure, obtaining operational data, analyzing evolutions, trends, and volumes, seeking improvements that increase customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate/day-to-day teamwork with suppliers. Detect incidents in the processes of external providers, report incidents, and track them. Track processes with suppliers, propose improvement measures, and measurements that establish the effectiveness of the actions implemented.
Requirements
- University Graduate
- Takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm

- Delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences

- Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals and holds self and others accountable to meet commitments
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in process improvement techniques/methods and resource optimization
- Advanced office skills, mainly with knowledge in Excel and Power Point
- Experienced in the Agile way of working
