PE Accountant - Adaptiq

About the Position

Adaptiq is a technology hub specializing in building, scaling, and supporting R&D teams for high-end, fast-growing product companies in a wide range of industries. We’re in search of a self-driven individual to support our growing operations in Poland and Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle management and support of 110 PEs in Ukraine and Georgia
• Supervision of PE management in Poland and Romania via external vendors
• Monthly payslip and payroll administration
• Full-cycle contracting of new hires
• Primary banking documentation check

Requirements

• Experience in Ukrainian and IT PE Accounting fields
• Focus on details is a must
• Proven ability to collect and analyze data and report on measurable results
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Proven problem-solving nature and ability
• English level: upper intermediate and above (both, spoken and written)
• Spoken Polish is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Google Drive (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
