Due to our active growth, we are looking for a Pedagogical expert / методиста викладачів who will help us scale the quality of training and develop the teaching team.

Requirements

• Higher education
• Teaching experience of at least 3 years
• English level Upper-Intermediate and above
• Knowledge of other foreign languages - will be a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with large volumes of information

Responsibilities

• Support and methodological assistance to teachers
• Planning and monitoring of teacher workload
• Quality control of teaching: lesson checks, providing constructive feedback, optimizing collaboration processes with teachers
• Scheduling and support of teacher payroll and rate change calendar
• Creation of methodological protocols, guides, and video instructions
• Participation in the development and filling of educational content, working with center platforms: LMS GS, E-register, Study, T2S.
• Keeping statistics and reporting on teacher processes
