We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals.
Your Mission
As the People & Culture Manager at Bisly, your mission is to build and foster an inspiring, supportive, and high-performing workplace where our employees feel engaged, valued, and empowered to grow. You will shape Bisly’s culture, strengthen our employer brand, and ensure that every stage of the employee journey reflects our values and contributes to our long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and belonging initiatives across the organization;
- Foster a strong company culture through communications, events, and shared experiences;
- Manage the employee lifecycle, HR processes, documentation, and HRIS administration;
- Partner with managers on leadership effectiveness, performance, compensation, and employee development;
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and employer branding initiatives;
- Coordinate workplace experience, office operations, facilities management, and related budgets.
Requirements
- Ability to build strong relationships and engage with employees at all levels;
- Proven experience driving people initiatives that foster a strong culture and high performance;
- Experience coaching and developing managers and leaders;
- Strong track record in talent acquisition;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic scaleup environment;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Tech-savvy with a passion for leveraging modern tools and AI to improve employee experience and operational efficiency;
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives from idea to execution;
- Understanding of contractual law in Estonia, knowledge of Polish and German law is a bonus.
