Responsibilities
- End-to-end responsibility for the recruiting process specific to the position
- Support of promising international candidates throughout the entire candidate journey (recruiting, relocation, and onboarding process)
- Optimization and further development of the recruiting process to ensure suitability diagnostic standards and high process quality
- Coordination and empowerment of stakeholders in the context of recruiting
- Project responsibility for People & Culture topics, based on your own interests and strengths
- Operational and strategic human resources development as an initiator and mentor
- Analysis and use of existing and new recruiting channels and HR KPIs
- Targeted network expansion and support of high potentials
- Shaping the employer branding together with the marketing team
- Representation of the company at university lectures and similar events

We are an office-first team because we work better together on-site. Ideas are born in passing in our Leipzig office, problems are solved at the whiteboard, and in between, we challenge each other in a quick table tennis match. Hybrid working is part of our approach: usually one day per week in the home office, with flexibility by agreement within the team.
Your Profile
Must-Haves
- Completed degree in economics or humanities (e.g., business administration, psychology, or similar)
- Passion for the recruiting and P&C sector and initial practical work experience (e.g., as a working student)
- Independent, structured working style
- Affinity for processes – you keep track, even with a high number of applicants
- Empathetic and clear communication, making it easy for you to create a pleasant conversation atmosphere
- Solid knowledge in aptitude diagnostics and intercultural competencies
- Enjoyment of taking responsibility for tasks, talents, and projects
- Willingness to learn, further education, and teamwork
- Scientific mindset and critical questioning of existing processes
- Fluent communication in German and English (min. B2)
Nice-to-Haves
- Degree specialization in a relevant field (e.g., aptitude diagnostics, organizational psychology, personnel management, etc.)
- Experience with Personio or other HRIS
- Knowledge in handling HR metrics and experience in evaluating/reporting People & Culture KPIs
