Responsibilities
As a People Business Partner for one or two tribes, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping them navigate growth, change, and organizational evolution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partner with leaders across one or two on people priorities, team effectiveness, and organizational health
- Support organizational change and transformation, including team design, scaling, and leadership transitions
- Drive key people topics such as engagement, performance, feedback, and career development
- Contribute to the rollout and application of frameworks related to career leveling, compensation, and pay equity
- Use KPIs and people data to identify trends, guide decisions, and improve performance over time
- Help leaders navigate ambiguity, solve people challenges, and build resilient, high-performing teams
- Collaborate closely with Centers of Excellence and People Operations to ensure consistent and effective execution of people practices
Requirements
- Around 5–7 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar strategic people role, within 300+ organisation
- Experience in an international organisation
- Strong experience partnering closely with managers and senior leaders
- Solid business acumen and understanding of how people decisions support business performance
- Comfortable using data, KPIs and insights to guide decisions and challenge constructively
- Ability to explain complex topics in a clear, structured and pragmatic way
- Effective in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and can bring calm and clarity when things change
- Experience supporting organizational transformation, restructuring, or M&A transitions; this is a strong plus
- Fluent in English and Portuguese

- Curiosity about how AI, data and technology are reshaping organizations, leadership and people practices
We Offer
- Job located in Porto, with possibility of two remote working days per week
- Regular travel (around once per month) may be required
