Responsibilities

• Being close to operations, understanding the real challenges of employees, and translating them into concrete actions.
• Combining strategy with grassroots work, from adapting HR solutions for operations to working directly with managers and teams.
• Being a partner for business leaders and supporting them in the most important decisions regarding people and organization.
• Co-creating the P&C strategy and supporting organizational changes at every level.
• Leading and developing the People Business Partner team (2 FTE).
• Leading topics related to talent management, succession, performance, and employee experience.
• Collaborating with Talent, L&D, C&B, and Talent Acquisition.
• Using data and analyzing it in conjunction with operational data to support business decisions.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Ability to move freely from the strategic level to the very operational level.
• Courage to question the status quo, transparent communication, and proposing new solutions.
• Mobility in the areas of Łódź-Toruń-Bydgoszcz and readiness for regular presence close to our operational teams and flexibility in dealing with daily unpredictable challenges.
• High energy, a bit of madness, decisive independence, and an action-oriented attitude.
• Experience as a People Partner and in team management.
• Experience in the areas of talent, performance, engagement, and change management.
• Ability to build relationships with people at different levels of the organization.
• Promising knowledge of English (B1).

Nice to Have:

• Experience in logistics, operations, and large and distributed organizations.
