About the Role

At DualEntry, we are building the OS for finance. We aim to revolutionize the fintech market by automating accounting processes with our AI-native ERP. Our mission is to empower finance teams to move faster, spend less, and incur less risk.

We are seeking a People Operations Generalist to join our team in NYC. This role is pivotal in managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle operations and ensuring a smooth, high-quality employee experience.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations
Maintain accuracy of employee data across HRIS, payroll, and internal systems
Own HR policies, templates, and internal employee communications
Help resolve employee relations issues with strong judgment and discretion
Ensure a smooth, high-quality employee experience across all lifecycle stages
Partner with Finance on payroll coordination, compensation changes, and audits
Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on people-related matters
Experience managing calendars, interview coordination, and scheduling across multiple hiring managers and stakeholders

Requirements

Hardcore work ethic and high agency
5+ years in HRBP, People Operations, or HR Generalist roles in high-growth environments
Strong operator mindset with a track record of owning end-to-end processes
High judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters
Ability to bring structure, clarity, and systems to ambiguity
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused

Nice to Have

Familiarity with US employment practices, payroll coordination, and compliance
