About the Role
As our PeopleOps Specialist, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality employee experience from the moment a new hire accepts their offer. You are not just an administrator; you are a proactive problem-solver and a vital link between our people, our processes, and our technology.
Your expertise won’t stop at operations; as a super-user of our own HRIS, you will leverage your hands-on experience to directly influence the future of our product. This is a unique opportunity for a People professional who excels at operational excellence, thrives on automation, and is passionate about translating real-world user feedback into product improvements.
Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Own the day-to-day HR lifecycle tasks, including drafting contracts and addendums, managing HR tickets, and maintaining our internal knowledge base (Notion) with precision. You’ll also support operational processes across multiple markets and help ensure local compliance requirements are managed accurately.
- Onboarding & Engagement: Host engaging monthly onboarding sessions for all new joiners, ensuring they feel welcomed and empowered from day one.
- Product SME & AI Automation: Act as an internal consultant for our HRIS. You will proactively experiment with AI and automation to streamline workflows and present insights to the Product team to influence development priorities.
- Stakeholder Support: Serve as one of the "faces of HR" providing clear and timely guidance to employees on policy, benefits, and local regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Constantly look for "a better way". Whether it’s redesigning a workflow or automating a manual task, you have the autonomy to make it happen.
Requirements
- Experience in People Ops within an international or global organization.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required. Dutch and/or French proficiency is considered a plus.
- Tech-forward mindset: You are genuinely excited about technology and AI. You have a proactive desire to experiment with automation to reduce manual work.
- Product curiosity: Practical experience with HRIS tooling; you enjoy finding ways to improve workflows.
- People-Centric: You are energetic, empathetic, and highly proactive. You enjoy being the visible point of contact in an office environment.
- Operational rigor: Strong attention to detail and comfort with the "hands-on" side of HR operations, from compliance to documentation. Experience navigating international HR processes and local compliance considerations is a plus.
