Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements

About the Position

We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to support daily HR operations while ensuring an exceptional employee experience. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our in-office onboarding, manage medical and general employee benefits, deliver internal training, and oversee our branded merchandise lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate the end-to-end, in-office onboarding and adaptation process for new hires to ensure a welcoming and smooth integration into the company culture
  • Process and manage all administrative documentation related to employee benefits
  • Organize and conduct interactive training sessions (such as welcome trainings, HR processes, and adaptation workshops) for employees
  • Oversee and control the entire lifecycle of branded merchandise and corporate gifts (swag), including budget control, purchasing, inventory management, distribution
  • Provide administrative and organizational support for local and global corporate events, including team-building activities based on business needs
  • Communicate with the managerial team and all unit employees on a regular basis, acting as a trusted advisor to managers on local HR-related issues
  • Serve as the key contact person for employees' daily queries regarding HR processes, office environment, and legal/regulatory compliance
  • Prepare regular HR reports and metrics based on business demands

Requirements

  • Completed higher education
  • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in an HR department (as an HR Specialist/Manager, People Ops, or in a relevant administrative/human resources role)
  • Previous experience in managing employee benefits and organizing physical inventory is highly preferred
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills with experience in delivering presentations or conducting training
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based hybrid environment
  • Readiness to take ownership of assigned processes, multitask, and properly escalate tasks when unexpected circumstances arise
  • Previous experience in an IT or international company is a major plus
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills to work in a dynamic, busy environment
  • Intermediate (B1) English level or higher, both spoken and written
