About the Position

Join our fast-growing business group as a People Partner. Manage HR processes, support teams, and drive initiatives in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation of a full cycle of HR processes for entrusted commands
  • Onboarding of HR process managers
  • Training and support of existing managers
  • Monitoring the level of “satisfaction” of employees
  • Identification of the needs of teams and the implementation of actions to implement these needs
  • Providing analytics for managers on a monthly basis
  • Reporting system on weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly basis
  • Dealing with executive requests regarding their team
  • Adaptation of policies and procedures to the specifics of teams
  • Proposals and participation in the organization of events that will raise the team spirit
  • Development of new ideas to strengthen the corporate culture and brand of the employer

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or HR Generalist, preferably in a digital, iGaming, affiliate, or other fast-growing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, adaptation/integration, performance reviews, salary reviews, internal transfers, employee development, retention, and offboarding
  • Experience supporting managers and teams on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee engagement, conflict resolution, motivation, and retention cases
  • Strong understanding of key HR processes and tools, including employee lifecycle management, performance management, engagement, retention, and succession planning
  • Experience with HR analytics, including data collection and analysis, monitoring turnover, engagement (eNPS), team effectiveness, and other HR metrics, as well as providing data-driven recommendations to the business
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with managers and C-level executives
  • High level of autonomy, accountability, and proactivity, with a strong ability to identify solutions and drive initiatives to successful completion
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple teams, tasks, and priorities simultaneously
  • Understanding of psychology, motivation, and emotional intelligence, with the ability to apply these concepts when working with teams and leaders
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms, automation systems, and modern HR technologies
  • Ability to adapt HR processes to business needs while maintaining a balance between flexibility, efficiency, and compliance with internal standards
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
