About the Position
We are looking for a People Partner to join our fast-growing business. In this role, you will manage HR processes and enhance employee satisfaction in a multicultural team. This is a Hybrid position based in Warsaw, Limassol, Kyiv, Almaty, Yerevan with the option to work remotely or on-site.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive HR process management: Manage the full cycle of HR processes for assigned teams, ensuring seamless operations from recruitment to offboarding.
- Policy and procedure development: Participate in the creation, implementation, and regular review of HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitate the onboarding process: Ensure managers are well understood in HR processes.
- Collaborative partner to managers: Provide guidance and support on HR and organizational matters.
- Employee engagement and satisfaction monitoring: Regularly monitor and assess employee satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Trusted advice and organizational support: Act as a trusted advisor to team members on HR and organizational matters.
- Strengthen corporate culture and employer branding: Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen the culture and employer brand.
- Tailored team support and development: Identify the specific needs of each team and implement targeted activities to address them.
- Working with L&D Department: Help to develop and deliver soft skills programs to support the professional development of team members.
- Coordinate internal events: Design events to strengthen team unity, celebrate achievements, and reinforce the organization's culture and values.
Requirements
- A proven passion for HR or psychology, with at least three years' relevant experience in the field.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful and authentic relationships with diverse personality types.
- Strong active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using Google Docs and Sheets as integral tools in daily tasks.
- A proactive and collaborative approach.
- English B2 and above.
- Experience in managing small HR teams will be a significant advantage.
