Responsibilities

Delivering a seamless, high-impact onboarding experience for new joiners
Driving improvements and operational excellence across the performance review cycle
Structuring, documenting, and optimizing People Management processes
Coordinating the L&D roadmap and ensuring measurable learning outcomes
Partnering with team leads to strengthen talent development and career growth
Supporting Employer Branding initiatives and engagement activities to keep motivation high across the company

Requirements

1+ year of experience in HR or hands-on experience in recruitment
A strong desire to build HR processes end-to-end - from concept to execution
Confidence working with data, metrics, dashboards, and reporting
Ownership mindset and a high level of responsibility
A structured, detail-oriented approach - you like things organized and chaos-free
Ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team environment
English level B2 or higher

Nice to Have

Recruitment background and a desire to transition fully into HR
A positive attitude and the ability to energize people around you
Strong results orientation and bias to action
Awareness of global HR trends and best practices
Continuous learning mindset
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
